We had near perfect playing conditions for our monthly game at Somerset West and we were well looked after as usual. A huge thanks to Boland Nomad, Wouter Geldenhuys, and his staff for a wonderful day.

I was very fortunate to play with Dave Liebrecht and George Bowes and we were joined by the club captain, Trevor Symes for an extremely enjoyable round of golf.

Once again, we had a great group of visitors, as well as a large group of visiting Nomads. It was a fun day out.

I had the great pleasure of handing a blazer to Patrick Nyumbu. Welcome Patrick, I’m sure you will have great Nomadic career.

Well done to all of the winners on the day and especially to Kevin Hitge on a magnificent 41 points off a scratch.
